Doctors Raj and Nisha both decided to pursue this certification after incorporating these principles into their own lives and medical practices over the last 10 years. They strongly believe and follow the philosophy that these 5 pillars are foundational for long-term health and wellness.

Dr. Raj Kalra plans to provide a concierge rehabilitation, pain management, and lifestyle medicine service to seniors and their families in their respective homes. Dr. Nisha Kalra plans to develop a concierge Lifestyle Dentistry service – a dental clinic that will serve seniors at their homes with hygiene and general dentistry care which is an integral part of senior wellness. These ancillary services will further enhance the senior’s quality of life, happiness, and longevity.
