Aroha Concierge Services: Personalized Care that Elevates Comfort, Choice, and Wellbeing

At Aroha Memory Care, we believe that every Community Member deserves care experience that is personal, purposeful, and empowering. Our concierge services are designed to go beyond traditional support offering truly individualized attention that enhances comfort, preserves dignity, and promotes wellbeing in every aspect of life.

Integrating Medicine, Rehabilitation, Oral Health, and Dementia Navigation

Our approach is uniquely guided by the medical expertise of Dr. Raj Kalra, a physician specializing in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Pain Medicine, and Lifestyle Medicine, and Dr. Nisha Kalra, a dentist with a deep focus on oral health and general dentistry. Together, they’ve built a care model that addresses the whole person’s body, mind, and spirit.

Community Members at Aroha benefit from on-site access to physical medicine and rehabilitation practices that support mobility, pain management, and functional independence. These services are tailored to each resident’s health goals and provided in coordination with our care partners to ensure safety and continuity. Therapy recommendations are also thoughtfully incorporated into daily engagement and activity programs, helping residents strengthen mobility, balance, and confidence through meaningful, purposeful routines.

Equally important, our oral health program led by Dr. Nisha Kalra, emphasizes preventive dentistry, early detection of oral health issues, and comfort-focused dental care for individuals with cognitive changes. In addition, Aroha integrates microbiome testing to better understand each resident’s unique gut–mouth connection, guiding personalized approaches to nutrition, inflammation, and cognitive wellbeing. Many people don’t realize how closely oral health and brain health are linked. Because the two are deeply connected, oral care is a core part of our approach at Aroha.

Led by our gerontologist and dementia care expert, Juliet Holt Klinger, MA, Aroha’s Dementia Navigation Services offer families the same high-touch, concierge-level support that defines our entire care experience. Our expert dementia navigators will guide families through every stage of the journey, from understanding a new diagnosis to planning next steps, accessing resources, and making informed decisions. Families receive personalized coaching, education on symptoms and progression, help coordinating medical and wellness appointments, support during transitions, and ongoing counsel for navigating complex behavioral or emotional changes. This concierge-style navigation ensures that no family faces dementia alone; instead, they have a trusted, knowledgeable partner walking beside them, offering clarity, compassion, and continuity at every turn.

A Truly Personalized Experience

From wellness consultations and pain management support to coordinated dental care and daily comfort services, our concierge offerings ensure that residents receive seamless, high-quality care without leaving the community.

By bringing together medical insight, compassionate attention, and hospitality-level service, Aroha’s concierge care empowers residents to live fuller, more comfortable lives, with peace of mind for families who know their loved ones are receiving expert, thoughtful care every day.
